For orders placed before 12pm AEDT, we endeavour to process the same business day (excluding Fridays and the weekends). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. During sale events, new collection launches and peak selling times, there may be a slightly longer processing time. All DOL orders are hand-picked and packed with love from the Gold Coast (South East QLD), Australia. Should your order be urgent, we suggest selecting the Express Shipping option which ships via Australia Post Express Shipping. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. International shipments - Customs/Import Taxes
Please contact your local customs office for this information. International customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. We will declare Invoice amounts on your shipment.

Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days (Australia wide), we will then take all necessary action to track down your parcel.
