Return for exchange
We gladly accept an exchange of an unworn item within 30 business days of purchase. The item must be in the original condition - including tags. We do not replace undergarments and all swimwear must have the original hygiene seal intact.

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving the item to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation if the item cannot be replaced due to stock availability and you will be issued with a store credit instead.

You are responsible for posting the items back to our warehouse, however, we will cover the return shipping cost of any exchange item from our warehouse. You must pay for the return shipping of any replacement purchased with a store credit.

If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the exchange so you may want to send it registered or express post.

Sale Items
We do not offer exchanges on any sale items.

Shipping/Dispatch
We do our very best to be efficient with shipping times. If your order is placed by 1pm AEST we do our best to send it out the same day for next day delivery.

Where do we ship to?
We ship WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.

Costing
Shipping Australia wide is $9. All Overseas destinations will be shipped at a cost of $15.00 unless the item is oversized in which case we will contact you after your order is placed to update you on the shipping cost.
